Need advice on a investment in marina

Hi, I am thinking of investing on a studio in the rove home dubai marina project which is going to be about 1.4 M. I dont live in uae and although have tried to do as much research as possible i wanted to get some inputs on any challenges faced by people who have actually invested in off plans and actually gotten through the whole construction process and successfully rented out their property or sold it post construction. Any input would be helpful, thanks
