Car lift service prices

Hi, I'm planning on starting a car lift drop and pickup service from al qusais near dafza to dubai hills. The drop and pick company has quoted me 450 aed per month, would appreciate if someone can tell me if this is a fair / regular price. If not what would be a fair rate for such service.
