Should I get this as a first car?

Insunrace seems alright , seller has said there’s damage right side due to car being hit while parked but they will fix it for me . 4 previous owners and comes with full service history with receipts . But I checked the MOT and there’s a pattern , Pass then Fail then Pass then Fail , could this be a red flag?
