H missing school

So H…she gets pulled out of school before Thanksgiving for NYC then on break, back to school for a couple weeks and then it’s Christmas break(no school) time to go back to school and she’s “sick” with walking pneumonia but is eating Crumbl cookies and riding around on her scooter. Out about 2 weeks, goes back for about a week and then she’s sick again and misses school(stomach bug i think?) then pulls her out of school to go to the beach in 50/60 degree weather. Gonna be sick again and miss school again until her break. She’s gonna be repeating 1st grade as she has missed more school days than actually going.
