he says he’s going to come to my house

my ex/estranged husband is scaring me. i left the house a few months ago with our daughter. he was physically violent throughout our relationship/emotionally abusive/coerced/forced me into sex. i stopped trying with him because he wouldn’t change and i tried my best. i completely started ignoring him a week ago and now he won’t stop calling over and over, spamming my phone with messages, getting into my accounts, saying he’s going to come to my house, if i’m not here, he’s going to go to my family’s house, and if i’m not there he is going to go to my mom’s. he’s kind of scaring me and it’s concerning. is there anything i should do?
