How to keep my dog from getting bored?

I wfh and I am stuck at my computer for 8hours a day working while my dog lays in her bed beside me. She does pretty good for most of the day but 2-3 hours before I have to log off she starts getting fussy. I’ve gotten her a good deal of toys but she’s not much of a chewer. I have also tried stimulating toys that she has to figure out but once she gets the hang of them, they’re pretty much useless. I also try not to give her too many snacks with the stimulating toys because she had gained about 5lbs when I last did that consistently. I also have her go out and people watch in the patio by my office but a couple mins in and she’s begging for me to let her in the house. What can I do to keep her from getting bored while I’m working?
