Who is your broker you are happy with?

I am looking for a brokerage recommendation.. I have a small brokerage account with Fidelity ($15k) and a large Schwab Rollover IRA I am looking to split into two parts. I moved my small brokerage account from from ETrade to Fidelity to try it out before moving half of my IRA, and have discovered that Fidelity doesn’t send you your 1099 on 2-15 for various investments on time, rather than sending out corrected 1099’s later. Maybe this works for some people, but I want my 1099 by 2-15, and am happy to deal with the corrected 1099. Schwab, for example, sent me a 1099 for a standard brokerage account with WPC in it by 2-15, but I am still waiting for my 1099 from Fidelity, which is unacceptable to me. I don’t want to pay any annual, quarterly or monthly fees, I expect no commission trading, etc. Fidelity’s auto sweep feature is nice, but not nice enough to be held hostage waiting for a 1099.
