Feedback needed

So I am planning to live off dividend in 15-20 years. My target is to have $2,000-$3,000 per month. I am not working at the moment, still applying for job. Hopefully will get some leads soon. But, I just need some feedbacks or advices here regarding my portfolio. Is it a good mix to reach my goal? Do I have to add anything into it? I use VOO as my growth anchor. I am not sure if I am aware of any growth ETFs worth considering?
