Anyone else push themselves into better conditions?
Over the past two months, I've been eating cleaner, and focusing on strength training at home on my own.
Since moving back home, after getting really sick on the west coast, I lost some balance in my right side. I would have to have both feet on a stair, before going for the best stair, with my left foot first, due to the balance issue.
I've gotten to the point today, where I can now do stairs, one foot at a time, without holding onto a railing. I'm trying to lose weight and get to the point where I can ditch the cane completely again.
I just feel really good. Does anyone else have stories like this?
