How is power in Santa Marta?

I am going for my very first digital nomad experience and I booked over two months in Santa Marta, Colombia (historic centre). My laptop lasts around four hours without charge and it's not suitable to use power banks, so I was wondering how likely it is to have a blackout and how often? Thank you in advance
