Haven't received twitch drops on PS5

I've disconnected and reconnected the twitch account to the battlenet account and still haven't received the drops. Any help would be appreciated, thx.

EDIT: YOU MUST NOT BE LIKE ME, LOL THE BACK COSMETICS ARE NOT FOR EVERY CLASS. I DO APOLOGIZE TO EVERYONE WHO WAS RESPONDING THIS I THOUGH THAT ONLY THE WEAPONS WERE CLASS SPECIFIC.
