Help with Barbarian endgame build

So I have a level 100 barbarian with mostly unique armor parts, but still having trouble with Lilith in Torment. I am sure I am missing something whether it’s paragon choices or skill choices but she instantly devastates me. Malaga’s also impossible to beat in Torment, rest of the game is a breeze.

Would be great if there was a guide or description of which are the essential elements to have to raise your survivability.
