Need advice

Im stuck in 1M pkr/month income bracket for over a year now and I don't see any room to grow in Pakistan. I am 25y/o game developer with 3years of industry experience. I have applied to 100s of jobs abroad on linked in twitter, in all the big studios on their sites and have got no response. The game industry is on a decline in recent years with massive layoffs and honestly I don't have the discipline to make my own game while working full time job. Im honestly thinking about pivoting to web deb or app dev. I would love to get some advice here especially frome someone whos living or atleast working remotely with international clients. Thanks
