Company offering 3LPA, help me decide if I should go ahead with it

So a company has come for placements in our college. The role is cloud engineer trainee. I've never worked in any of the cloud technologis. They say- “If you have the will to learn & succeed; we have the resources & platform to make it happen”. First of all, the pay is very lessi it's work from office, pretty sure working hours will also be at least 9 and the office is 16km one way from my home.

The selection process starts with sending them a video of introduction and why you'd like to work with them, hobbies, etc.Thent an online test followed by a group discussion, a technical round and then finally a personal interview round.

I'd be okay if it was remote, but it's wfo + less pay and the company logo looks like shit. Travelling is another issue here, and so is the role I guess. It's not a development role, idk what I'll be doing as a cloud engineer, I'm interested in cloud but I'd like to start my career with a development role.

What do you guys think I should do? Do I spend some time upskilling myself and look for a job off campus? Or do I take this?
