Skyclub access after carrier segment change

I’m running into an issue with a KLM flight that neither KLM nor Delta can give me a great answer for, and hoping someone else has run into this problem who may have experience. I’m flying KLM business tomorrow from Boston to Gothenberg Sweden, via Amsterdam. I was planning to use the Terminal E SkyClub before my flight in BOS. A couple weeks ago KLM changed the AMS-GOT leg of my flight to be on a carrier that doesn’t have any class other than economy. I’m now realizing this may be preventing me from accessing the lounge since Delta says you have to be booked in business all the way through on a SkyTeam airline.

Does anyone know if I should still be able to enter the lounge on the Boston side of my trip since that’s the international leg which I do still obviously have business on (and you know, is the actual bulk of the business experience)? I know Delta didn’t make the segment change but I’m going to be really unhappy if I can’t access the Delta lounge before my business flight because of a change KLM made to a later segment that I can’t do anything about.

Thanks for any advice!
