had a really really really bad panic attack in class today
We were talking about Sartre's existentialist ideology in class. The professor gave an example about the fear of throwing yourself off from a cliff which triggered my PTSD so bad. Shit went downhill so quick and **SURPISE SURPRISE** I had one of the worst panic attacks of my life + the fucking fact it happened in college makes it worse.
The psych students of my college are desperate to find a mentally-ill person to be the puppet of their research work. I really hope they will not reach out to me to be their little puppet.
