Witnessed a white woman being harrased in Delhi Metro

I was traveling from GTB Nagar towards Millennium City Center around 11 in night. A white girl(around 23) in decent clothing Hoodie and Cargo jeans was sitting and scrolling social media. There was a group of 3 boys, one was sitting beside the girl and 2 were standing. The 2 boys were making gesture of 6 (probably referring 6000 for russian) and gesture of sexual intercourse towards his 3rd friend. The girl was intentionally ignoring these vulgar gestures but she definitely knew what was happening. She got down at Hauz Khas metro. It was so embarassing to see, these rascals are ruining the image of our country.

Will we ever evolve to let the foreigners (specially white women) feel safe here?
