am i the wrong one here

RANT

okay so i was going to my society's event this morning and right outside the gate, someone threw a balloon at my foot so I turned around and ussi wakt a balloon hit my mouth and I lost it completely. I started cussing those at the scene and saw a kid with balloons in his hand and assumed it to be him and cussed him too. it was only when the guard came and calmed me down that I went ahead. Now idk exactly who did it but now that I am back in my senses, I do feel guilty that what if i ended up cussing the wrong person??? Was I right if i did cuss them

I do not like Holi for this particular reason where people just breach certain boundaries in the name of the festival.
