How to beat twin angels in trial of one

I'm a new player that heard the trial of one is a good place to start. I feel like i've been doing it forever now, and I keep dying to the twin angels. It's gotten to the point where I no hit everything before them just to immediatly fold to them. Am I doing something wrong? I'm using attunementless strong left and critting them off spawn.

Edit : I've now realized every enemy in deepwoken can be beaten by simply bashing your head into the wall. My head is harder than the trial of one.
