Despite 9/11 happening, 2001 for the most part was great!

I once said 2001 was good despite 9/11 happening and I got downvoted by psueds. But was 2001 really that bad? I think the worst day ever in 2001 could be the best day ever today if you ask me.

9/11 took 9 months to happen. So why would it be so bad? Did life not continue on after that tragic day too?

I remember 2001 like it was yesterday almost. In in my personal experience it wasn't perfect but it was so far from bad. In my personal experience I went on a Orlando vacation. And though my parents would argue it was an awesome time to be alive. It was the best time to be a young for probably mass quantities of people.

The economy was way better than it is now or was and will ever be. Your fave movies and video games came out in this period too. Be it LOTR, Shrek, MGS2, Halo.

Was 2001 REALLY all that bad? I think not.
