Which debt should I pay with $3000?

I have $3000 to go towards my debt. What should my play be here? I was thinking pay the personal loan to get rid of soonest, so that I have the extra $216 towards other debt. All Credit Cards stopped being used for a long while now. Any advice would be appreciated.
