How do you remain patient while paying off debt?

I have a plan and I’m ready to follow it. I could be in a much better financial position by next spring, but I’m just so damn impatient and anxious all the time.

I can’t stop thinking about it. It’s almost obsessive. I can’t speed up payday so there isn’t any reason for me to be so impatient 😭
