Should I wait to buy Leon?

I don’t understand what this message means, like are they removing Leon and if I buy him I will only have access for 1 more day? Or if I buy him to I have to complete trials to keep him? I just wanted his character so should I wait a day until the discount is over to get the skin permanently? Or am I overthinking all of this? Thanks
