HOW DO YOU EVEN COUNTER HER?

I'm not quite sure if I already made a similar question in this server but whatever. Are there any empress experts or veterans who know how to counter empress? Ik you can counter her dash by stunning her but what if I'm not using a perk that can't stun or stop her in her tracks?

I'm asking cz I'm tired of emp mains absolutely demolishing me in chase 😭
