DaVinci Resolve 19 Crashing Upon Startup

Every time I try to run DaVinci Resolve (the free version) The program freezes as soon as the projects window opens. I can't click anything and it shows up as "Not Responding" in task manager. I've updated my GPU Drivers (Studio Drivers too), restarted my pc, uninstalled/reinstalled DaVinci, but nothing has worked and I have no idea what to do
