Why is everyone so quick to leave?

I see posts of people asking for advice and the first inclination everyone has is to leave. I feel like nowadays people don't actually want to stay for when it gets hard. No relationship is going to be easy, its two people trying to form a life together. Of course there will be disagreements, arguments, hurt feelings etc. I feel like in a way the beauty of relationships are how we choose to work on things with each other. Of course this doesn't stand for the obvious, if they are abusive, or just a bad person but i feel like everyone's first reaction is to leave.
