Phantom Liberty - Very Hard Difficulty

So, the last time I played Cyberpunk was when they released the DLC, I played it on Normal difficulty as I had to learn the new character leveling system. I played the base game on Very Hard with the old one.

Now, I decided to replay the game and had no problems with it before, but it started being annoying already at the very beggining of the DLC. I am on the first quest line, waiting for Songbird to activate the Chimera.I am already on lvl 60, with a 20 Body, 20 Reflex, 20 Intelligence and 17 Technical Ability stats.

And yes, the problem is I am unable to withstand the Barghest soldiers coming at me. They throw like 5-6 dudes with the "skull" stats and there is literally no place to hide. I try to run away from shotguns to take down the ARs, but the Snipey McShotgun dudes see no difference between an AR and a shotgun, taking 3/4 of my HP on a single slug from 50 meters. And when I think I can do it, the sniper appears and oneshots me through a cover. I tried to hack their guns, but guess what, they pull out pistols in a matter of seconds and deal no less damage (don't even mention the fact that I don't have enough memory in my deck for all of them, and reducing my HP with the Overclock is equal to commiting a sudoku). Short circuit? Overheat? 4 of them deal no more than half of their HP.

Now my guns, I have a pistol, a shotgun and an AR on V++, one dude eats all my mags with his mouth and just smiles in 50% HP. Then I just die because I have to reload, run, and they just gank my miserable ass.

Are there any tips of just surviving long enough for the next phase to activate? I am tired already and really don't want to lower my difficulty for one quest.

TL;DR Major skill issue, any tips for getting rid of bad guys or surviving long enough for the Chimera to activate?
