How to activate Overlock?

I've recently upgraded to Tier 3 on the perk that allows for Overclocking of the Cyberdeck, but when trialling it out nothing seems different?

I have 28 RAM typically, and short circuit two people (for 10 RAM each). How do I then access the Overclocking ability to exceed this? I'm using the regular Cyberdeck you receive but it's fully upgraded.

I've seen in the perk it says to press E which does nothing. I've also heard some people talk about scrolling being an issue, but I'm using the mouse wheel so this shouldn't be a factor?

Honestly since the upgrade I can't see or seemingly access anything different and really want to use Overclock. I've got a strong health and armour build so want to sacrifice a bit of that health, but can't even see how to activate!
