Found another location for the rare KNEEL! shotgun mod
I know there are some locations where people have found KNEEL! mod from, but here is another location that I've come across. You can buy a tier 5 mod from the weapon vendor on the video. I don't really know the pre-requisitions, but till now I've completed all NCPD scanner missions, is on max level + max street cred. Be aware that I have mods installed so I don't exactly know if vanilla saves will also have it or not.
