My Game Keeps Crashing before It Can Start

Does anyone know how to help solve this problem?

I tried to open Cyberpunk yesterday after buying the DLC. Now my game won't even start and I get the same error code each time - "whoa cyberpunk 2077 has flatlined." Redlauncher warns about mods in that little purple text box at the bottom, but I don't have any for Cyberpunk (even though I recently downloaded Vortex out of curiosity before I tried the DLC). I uninstalled Vortex. I uninstalled the DLC. I updated my drivers. I verified the game files multiple times. Game is still broken. I looked up too many articles with many differing suggestions of how to fix this. Nothing has worked. After spending hours trying to sort this out, I got a refund on the DLC out of frustration. I uninstalled the base game, then reinstalled it, and it still flatlines. I recently downloaded Nvidia Geforce Experience and it listed that Cyberpunk was unoptimized and wouldn't change when I clicked optimize or tested some manual settings. I beat the game already and throughout that time, it ran perfectly on the gaming laptop I got not long ago. I'm utterly confused and disappointed, but I'm thinking that they messed up something when they added those two recent patches.

So I'm feeling like I have to give up on Cyberpunk until they fix their game yet again. Which is a shame since I was really curious about what the DLC would be like.

Anyway, thanks for any advice you can offer that might fix this issue.

Edit: Solved. There was yet another driver update it needed for some reason. After Nvidia already seemed up to date and wouldn't update further when I clicked update, I uninstalled Geforce. So when I uninstalled that and reupdated the driver again, then Cyberpunk worked for some reason. Maybe Nvida was glitched.
