Transfer Academic update for fall 2025 transfer

Hello! I applied to different UCs and CSUs for transfer, and some schools need me to update my classes that I took this fall, and what I am going to be taking this spring. I noticed CSUF did not send me any emails, and the portal says I have nothing I need to do. Do they only need an update after I get conditional admission? CSULB wants me to send an update by feburary, but CSUSB only needed it after they gave me admission. Any help would be great! I coudn't find any answers....
