What are some very short term but interesting and good paying jobs for a software developer, I mean a couple of days at most?

I'm a software developer for more than 10 years now, freelancing for the last two and a half. Seen a lot, i.e. web full stack, mobile, electronics, etc. I love the whole concept of programming, but what kinda ruins it for me is long term projects. I'm not really a fan of spending weeks or even months developing the same project. I kinda envy those who work in professions where it takes you a day or two to finish your work, i.e. automechanics, people fixing electronic devices, etc. I would love to work on projects that wouldn't take me more than a couple of days to finish, but I can't think of anyhing except configuring/customizing plugins/CMS'es like WP or e-shops, which is not interesting to me nor good paying. Does anyone have any advice?
