How to regain lost skill?

Only about a month ago i was around 15k rating consistently, and averaging a 1.4 kd. I played a lot of games in that rank and could definitely keep up and carry my lower ranked 2k rating friends. However recently it seems like all my skill is gone. I have dropped to 3k rating, and struggle to hold a positive kd. My friends who are atrocious at the game are now outperforming me instead of being hard carried only about a month ago. Should i take a break or what do yall think i should do because the game is no longer enjoyable for me. A month ago my win rate was 57%, It is now 21%
