Can't get Zenith CRT to read composite input

Got a Zenith CRT recently and tried for a while to get it to display anything from my wii (known to work). On the back it has coax and rca video and audio.

Had the wii plugged in and on the whole time, couldn't get anything to display, no sound either. Not sure if it's an issue with my ability to control the crt via the buttons or somethings broken internally. Tried every channel, tried the trick of letting it search for channels and fail. Provided photos include the menus available, the buttons, the main info on the back.

Anyone know what's up with this? TV was a dumpster find it's entirely possible something is just broken.
