Is Incredibuild any good?

Hello New C++ Dev here on Reddit! I am looking for honest opinions and reviews of Incredibuild acceleration platform? Can it really reduce compile times 10.0x? Do you see any alternatives that can achieve that as well? Is this a no brainer everyone should be using? Thanks!
