Reinfected- have long covid again
Hi I had long covid 2 years ago. It came with bad head pressure and fatigue. I somehow made a complete recovery after 4 months with hyperbaric oxygen. Well come Thanksgiving I got Covid again. This time it is much worse. When I had it was just a bad cold. Since then my symptoms are relentless: chest tightness, difficulty breathing, heart pressure, diagram is in a knot, PEM, fatigue, cold feet, on and off flares where it feels like my system is shutting down/anxiety. I’ve been trying to do a lot to fix it and I am maybe making myself worse because the fatigue has reached new levels. I can barely walk around now or go to the grocery store. Before I was able to go on one mile walks on good days. Things I’ve tried this time: -hyperbaric oxygen (made me worse), -lymphatic drainage (helped especially with my diaphragm) -b12 and glutathione injection -endless supplements can’t even start to list them all (nac, pulmonary revive, vit d, b12, Hawthorne and circulation tincture, fish oil, magnesium, coq10, quercetin, quite a few more) -today I did red light therapy, compression therapy, infrared sauna, cold plunge, hydromassage (makes sense I can barely move even more) -normal testing: blood work, chest xray, ekg, pft (slightly shows lower lung capacity)
I am losing my mind because it feels like I just keep falling into a deeper hole here and this stuff won’t budge these 6 weeks.
