I’ve been suffering from costochondritis for at least 5 months and fixed all my pain in 3 days. Not sure if this will work for you or not, but my pain was all due to poor posture. My poor posture resulted in constant hunching of the back, which caved my ribs into my chest.
I sat against a wall for 5 minute periods making as much contact with my back to the wall as I can (enough that someone can’t put their finger between my back and the wall). While doing that I slightly tilted my head down like your giving yourself a double chin for the entire 5 minutes. I also refrained from hunching over and tried to stand up straight 24/7 too, and it really helped!!
