Corgi's ears

Hello! I dont have a corgi😭😭😭 but I want to know why some corgis have ears pointing upwards like a rabbit and some have ears pointing sideways like Yoda? Do they wiggle them so sometimes its this sometimes that? Or is it shape of their head?
