Trying budget seed starter setup

I wanted to try the basics before I invest more money into my very simple lettuce and herbs container garden. Starting seeds with paper towels, takeout containers, reused plant pots and paper towels. Will transfer to an IKEA grow bag and see if we can keep everyone wet, lit and happy. Zone 8A US.
