Terrible experience with ordering contacts from glassesusa

I have never ordered from glassesusa before, but they had a new customer promotion so I decided to order from them. I ordered my contacts on the 10th and my contacts prescription were going to expire on the 12th, which was 2 days later. When I ordered I immediately uploaded my prescription as well so that should have been no problem. 2 days later, on the day my prescription expired, I received an email telling me I uploaded an expired prescription and that I needed to update my prescription. This made no sense to me at all since I ordered 2 days before the expiration date…my order should still be valid. I have never had this kind of issue where the company deliberately waits for the prescription to expire and then tries to make me pay to renew my prescription with them also. Has this ever happened to anyone else? What did you do?
