Need help with repair

I’ve recently got a 1982 Zenith Data Systems CRT monitor (just a modified TV) and the display doesn’t turn on. There is a small flicker of light in the center of the screen but then it goes blank. I know this is a long shot, but does anyone know what is the problem by looking at these images? Thanks!
