Windows Virtualization on an old laptop?

I have an old RV510 samsung laptop. And I need to run an emulator on it so it can work as a physical data relay. But unfortunately (due to it having an Intel celeron cpu) it doesn't support windows virtualization, which I require. Is there any way to enable it? As in is there software I could download to make it work? Really pulling at strings here but I'm desperate XD any help would be great
