Food Cravings
Does anyone else go through different food phases? In the beginning I was very into ground turkey everything. Then it was chicken salad. Now I can’t even look at them. Then I moved onto deli chicken wraps and salads. Lately all I want is sliced cucumbers with ranch, apples with almond butter and frozen broccoli. Yes I’m still eating other things and getting in my protein but these are the only things that sound remotely edible. I wonder what phase will be next?
