First Colonoscopy Tomorrow at 7:45 AM EST

I'm feeling a little anxious right now, mainly because of the sedation, but I keep reminding myself how important this screening is, especially since I'm about to turn 46 in a couple of months. I’ve been anticipating this day with mixed feelings!

If anyone has suggestions or tips, I would really appreciate it!
