Can you drink Bovril the day of your colonoscopy?

Hey, my leaflet says to drink clear fluids, on the NHS website it states the following " Clear Fluids include water, dilute cordial, black tea, black coffee, Bovril, Oxo, strained clear soup, lemonade."

So I assume it is fine? I was just worried as its not see through, bovril is black as its beef broth, but no bits in it at all
