EMR

Hi,

Hopefully this is the right place to ask

Earlier this year I had a colonoscopy, diagnosed with cancer and had surgery (will leave it at that)

Now, as the original colonoscopy couldn’t remove any more polyps at the time (old back injury but I kept as calm as I could) I am now going for something called an EMR, I’ve googled about it (stuck with the NHS website) and seems pretty straightforward, know it’s kind of like a colonoscopy but I was told it would be longer.

So my question is (not how long it takes so relax) has anyone ever had the procedure done before, and what their experience is like?
