Colonoscopy results

They found a small polyp 2mm removed and biopsied (benign) Internal hemorrhoids And erosion in the terminal ileum? Not sure what that means? they didn’t say anything about it. They just said to wait on the results. So now I’m stressing on that 🙃 does anyone know what could that mean? Thanks In advance 🙏🏽
