I fucked this one up
Not sure exactly why just yet, but my grinder settings all got fucked up over night and this brew stalled out so hard. Didn't notice the extra fine grind until it was too late. It's brutal, but slightly redeemed with a very low temp final pour. Big splash of milk later and it just tastes like a badly brewed thermal shock, not an acid bomb. Vegetal green, roast notes, burnt chocolate bar, and a light floral note 45 seconds into the aftertaste. Experience your fuck ups, they teach you about as much as nailing a cup
