I've just discovered Sloe Gin, and it's delicious! But a bit sweet, so seemed a natural alternative to sweet vermouth in a Manhattan.
- 2 oz overproof rye whiskey
- 1 oz Sloe Gin
- dashes of Angostura or Orange bitters
