Looking for Good Drinks with Allspice Dram

I've been wanting to get ahold of a bottle of St. Elizabeth's for a while, but I don't really know if I have much justification for it other than an Ancient Mariner. Are there any other good recipes for allspice dram? Or is this something I'll need to experiment with in my own time?
